Frequently asked questions
Is the service really free?
Yes. For the outgoing tenant everything is free: listing, distribution, calls, viewings, application checks and delivery to the managing agency. No fees, no commission.
How does the 10 % bonus work?
If a candidate presented by Vends ton bail is accepted and signs the new lease, a bonus equal to 10 % of the monthly rent excluding service charges is paid to the outgoing tenant or to the owner.
Is the 7-day turnaround guaranteed?
No: it is what usually happens, not a promise. Thanks to the private network a qualified candidate is generally found in under 7 days, but every apartment and every agency moves at its own pace.
Who chooses the new tenant?
The managing agency or the owner, always. We prepare and present the strongest applications; the final decision is not ours to make.
Do I have to run the viewings?
No. We arrange the appointments and host the viewings. There is nothing for you to coordinate, unless you would like to be there.
How do I send my photos?
Straight into the registration form, or later by WhatsApp if that is easier. We can also come and photograph the apartment ourselves.
Which areas do you cover?
Geneva, Nyon, Lausanne and the surrounding municipalities. Outside that area, write to us: we will tell you straight whether we can help.
What if no candidate is accepted?
We restart the search and present new profiles until the lease is transferred, or until your move-out date. Either way, you pay nothing.
